We partnered with DMA to create a scalable, user-friendly digital ecosystem, including a new website, custom CRM, and awards platform, streamlining operations and enhancing user experience.













A Custom-Built Digital Ecosystem.
To address these challenges, we worked with DMA to develop a comprehensive suite of digital solutions, including a new website, an integrated CRM system, and an online awards platform. Following the successful launch of these systems, we continued to enhance and optimise DMA’s digital operations, ensuring their platform remains at the forefront of the industry. This included a fully custom-built website to replace the outdated Drupal system, delivering improved performance and security. We also developed a bespoke CRM solution, designed to integrate seamlessly with the website and internal workflows. A digital awards judging platform was introduced to eliminate manual processes and boost overall efficiency. To further streamline operations, we implemented automated invoice processing and email integrations, significantly reducing administrative workload. All of this sits on a scalable infrastructure, built to support future growth and quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
