Kickstart.
Kickstart is designed to propel projects in the right direction. Discovery often provides the necessary groundwork, but when deeper exploration or stakeholder persuasion is required, Kickstart is the ideal solution. It offers a comprehensive approach to fleshing out an app or website, providing a technical outlook and high-fidelity prototypes, complemented by a marketing website.

1. Team Workshop.
During two workshops, a diverse team collaborates with you and your stakeholders. We analyse all pre-existing documents to identify key information necessary for the design and development phases.
Utilising Miro, a digital whiteboard, we brainstorm and map out:
- Goals
- Measures of Success
- Risks
- Immediate and Future Requirements (Phase 1)
- Optimal Development Approach
- We also gather insights about user groups, potential competitors, and the criteria for a successful project.

2. Scope of Work.
Post-workshops, our team compiles a detailed SOW document. This includes:
- Technology Recommendations
- API Integrations
- Feature Breakdown and Development Timelines
- User Personas
- Risk Assessments and Success Metrics
- This high-standard document has helped previous clients secure significant investments, exceeding expectations and achieving six-figure funding.

3. User Flows & Wireframes.
To create an accurate representation of the final product, we diagram user flows that highlight the best feature combinations and screen interactions. These are translated into wireframes, which are basic guide boxes demonstrating page layouts. An example from our project with So Vegan illustrates this process.

4. Clickable Environments.
In this phase, we incorporate stakeholder and user feedback, brand guidelines, and market research to develop designed environments from wireframes. The result is a polished, interactive prototype, ready for final feedback and adjustments. Watch our design process video for more insights.

5. Iteration and Feedback.
We ensure thorough review and feedback, confirming that the Kickstart outputs meet all requirements for funding, research, or stakeholder discussions. This collaborative approach verifies the hypotheses from initial workshops against all produced documentation.

6. Marketing Website.
The final stage involves creating a marketing website in Wix. This site showcases the project's intentions and serves as a brochure to validate the product to potential investors and users. An example is the website we developed for Getahead Mindset.
