Our Work
Supporting Parkinson’s Research, One Step at a Time.
We partnered with Dr. Rosie Morris and the iFell team to design and build a mobile app that helps people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers, record and understand fall patterns. Designed for research, clinical insight, and real-world usability, iFell lays the foundation for smarter support and safer mobility.

A Simple, Research-Ready App to Track Falls and Drive Change.
Working closely with Dr. Morris and her collaborators, we designed and developed the iFell mobile app from the ground up. The app allows users to log both falls and “near misses” through a simple, question-led flow. Over time, it builds up a rich picture of patterns, locations, causes, and outcomes — data that can be shared with clinicians, researchers, or support networks.
The MVP is designed for testing and research use rather than public release, enabling the collection of high-integrity data. Using Flutter, we created a cross-platform mobile experience optimised for both iOS and Android. Its clean UI, WCAG-compliant design, and simple navigation make it accessible to users with Parkinson’s, cognitive impairments, or limited dexterity.
At the heart of the app is a reporting dashboard that transforms logs into insight. Users and caregivers can review stats over time, while the admin-facing CMS allows medical teams to view and export anonymised data for further research. The CMS, built using Filament and Laravel, ensures content flexibility and long-term maintainability.
